Travellers Reviews - Hotel Sofia, Paris"Prestation très décévante. Hotel à déconseiller pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants. Les gérants de l`hotel ne savaient pas que nous arrivions. L`hotel est en plein travaux, le hall d`entrée est encombré par du matériel de rénovation, la petite cour intérieure est totalement obstruée par des gravas. Les chambres n`ont aucunes normes de sécurité éléctrique (plusieurs prises sans boitier de protection, des fils dénudés qui pendent, sur 8 lumières 1 seule fonctionne), les matelas sont usés avec des oréoles liées à l`humidité. Forte odeur des canalisations qui remonte par le lavabo de la SdB. Pas de préstation petit déjeuner comme prévu, nous avons dû faire des courses et prendre le petit déjeuner assis sur le bord des lits dans notre chambre avec les enfants. Pas de remise sur le prix pour pour le désagrément subit. Pour la 2ème nuit, on nous a proposé une chambre dans le 2ème arrondissement mais avec 2 jeunes enfants et juste un week-end sur Paris, on ne reprends pas toutes ses affaires pour prendre le métro et repartir dans un autre hotel. Cet établissement est plus approprié pour des étudiants qui peuvent `fermer les yeux` sur certaines conditions de logement. Seul point positif, les gérants sont gentils."
